Demo to Oppose the Redundancy of Jose Nafafe Monday the 19th November 3pm

Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/305838462858273/?fref=ts. Sociology students don’t have enough modules to make up a full degree (there are only three first year sociology modules and four second year ones.) However despite this the university are planning to make an additional lecturer in sociology redundant. The  lecturer they have decided is disposable is Jose Nafafe- the university’s only expert in ethnicity and migration. We need to build to get as many people as possible at the demonstration to show that Sociology students deserve a fair degree and that ethnicity is a vitally important subject in social science.
